• Payment verification failure

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the consumable and health-sensitive nature of wellness and supplement products, returns are accepted only under limited circumstances.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable:

• Opened supplement containers
• Used wellness products
• Consumable nutrition products
• Products purchased during clearance or special sale events
• Free gifts or promotional items
• Subscription orders already processed

Returns may also be denied if:

4. Refund Policy
